Dear Valued Customer,

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with the violin bridge you received. We understand your frustration and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback.

We would like to respectfully address a few points raised in your review to offer clarity both to you and to the wider Music World community:

1. **Product Quality & Appearance:**
We do not deal in used or second-hand products. All our bridges are brand new, handcrafted by experienced music artisans. Due to their natural wooden material and hand-finishing, appearances may vary slightly — but functionality and tone remain our top priority. Any rough appearance may also be due to transit or handling, and we are happy to assist with replacements if the product does not meet expected standards.

2. **Curvature & Design of Bridge:**
Our bridges are designed keeping in mind the specific needs of Indian-style violin playing. The curvature is intentional to allow easier access to the E and A strings, especially for learners using smaller fingers. We follow industry-accepted standards, but we understand that personal preferences vary — and we are always open to adjustments as per your specific needs.

3. **MRP & Pricing Clarification:**
The ₹50 price printed on the packaging refers to a generic packaging label, often used as a placeholder for customs or packaging material (like a guitar string cover used to protect the bridge during shipping). The actual value of the bridge is ₹350, but we have offered it at ₹250 including packaging and delivery, absorbing significant shipping and customization costs on our end. We also adjust the height of the bridge by hand to suit common violin builds, a process that involves skilled labor.

4. **Grains and Finish:**
The grain marks you mentioned generally become visible once the bridge is installed and properly tensioned under the violin strings. This is a normal process and doesn’t affect the quality of the product.

---

**Our Commitment to You:**
We are truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. As musicians ourselves and a family-run business serving the music world for 77 years, we treat every product not as a transaction, but as a contribution to someone’s musical journey. Your feedback is important and will help us improve our service further.

If you are not satisfied with the bridge, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement or assist you in getting a suitable one at no additional cost. Please contact us directly via phone or email so we can resolve this immediately.

We thank you for purchasing your violin from Taal Musicals, and we hope to continue being a trusted part of your musical growth.

With Respect & Thanks,
