✅ 14-DAY RETURN POLICY – BUY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery for:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping),

  • An exchange of your choice, or

  • A store credit for future use.

TaalMusicals.in only accepts returns initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To make your return request valid and protect both customer & seller interests:

  • An unboxing video of the product must be recorded at the time of opening the package.

  • The video should clearly show the sealed package, unboxing process, and condition of the product on delivery.

  • This video will serve as proof for any damage, missing accessories, or issues reported.

  • Without an unboxing video, the return request will not be eligible under the 14-Day Return Policy.

📦 Return Eligibility Conditions

To ensure a smooth and fair process, please note:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • All packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any bundled items must be intact.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Please repack the item securely as it was delivered to you, to avoid transit damage.

  • Any product damaged during return shipping due to improper packing may not be eligible for a full refund.

❌ What’s Not Covered Under Return

Certain products are non-returnable unless found defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Used or opened sets of strings, reeds, or drumsticks

  • In-ear headphones, earplugs, wind instruments (harmonicas, saxophones, flutes, etc.)

  • Installed pickups or parts

  • Software, audio interfaces, and MIDI controllers that require registration

  • Books, CDs, DVDs, and educational material

  • Any product with missing, altered, or tampered serial number

  • Items purchased as “Open Box” – unless proven non-functional

  • Damage due to improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, liquid spills, or pest infestations

  • Physical or self-inflicted damage

  • Adaptors are not covered under warranty or return. Only the main device (keyboard, octapad, etc.) is eligible.

  • Products purchased offline at our store (this policy is for online purchases only)
