If a manufacturing fault or functional issue arises within the warranty term, Taal Musicals will coordinate and facilitate the required servicing or repairs—at no additional cost to you (except where exclusions apply).

🧾 Who Is Eligible for This Warranty Plan?

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from:

• Our official website: www.TaalMusicals.in
• Our retail store in Vijayawada
• Orders placed directly via our phone or WhatsApp sales support

Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are not eligible, even if Taal Musicals is listed as the seller.

🚫 What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

While we stand behind our products, certain issues are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Adaptors Not Covered Under Warranty
• Consumables like strings, frets, nuts, saddles, and batteries on guitars and ukuleles
• Routine services such as tuning, cleaning, or regular maintenance
• Surface or cosmetic damage caused by weather changes, humidity, heat, sweat, or sunlight exposure
• Cracks or warping of wood due to temperature or moisture fluctuation
• Tube/valve replacement in tube amplifiers (considered consumables)
• Hardware corrosion due to salty air, moisture, or sweat
• Damage from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or DIY customization
• Normal aging like faded finishes, worn controls, knobs, jacks, zippers, switches, or faders
• Any damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, neglect, or force of nature
• Altered or missing serial numbers
• Faults due to power surges or incompatible power supply usage
• Software and accessories such as adapters, cables, covers, and gig bags
• Products purchased from unofficial or unauthorized sellers
• Items serviced by unauthorized personnel outside our service network
