1. Entire Agreement

By purchasing from TaalMusicals.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, these terms apply to all purchases made on our website and in our physical store in Vijayawada.


2. Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after acceptance by Taal Musicals.
We may refuse service at our discretion.
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or by dispatching the product.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement 🚨

To ensure transparency and protect both customer and seller interests:

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the delivered package.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, full unboxing process, and product condition.

  • This video will serve as proof for claims of damage, missing accessories, or product defects.

  • Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted under the 14-Day Return Policy.


4. Pricing & Availability

  • MRP Policy: MRP shown is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price; we often sell below MRP.

  • Stock Availability: We keep 60–70% of products in ready stock.

  • Out of Stock Policy: If a product is out of stock, we will inform you via WhatsApp or email with an estimated restock time.

  • Refunds: If restock takes more than 15 days, you can opt for a full refund (processed within 7 working days).

  • Website Updates: Sometimes stock availability in our store or with wholesalers may take time to update on our website. Even if a product shows as ‘In Stock,’ it may actually be unavailable. For the most accurate availability, kindly contact us through our Support page.

  • Special Offers & Discounts: At times, we provide special offer prices or discounted prices for products, both online, offline, and wholesale.

  • Price & Stock Updates: Due to our large catalog of 1000+ products, price and stock information may not always update immediately. Even after stock completion, the listed price may remain unchanged on the website until updated.

6. Standard Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects during the period specified by the manufacturer.
✅ Repairs or servicing are free under warranty (unless exclusions apply).

❌ Not Covered:

  • Strings, frets, nuts, batteries, saddles

  • Routine maintenance & tuning

  • Environmental damage (moisture, heat, sweat, sunlight)

  • Cracks, warping, finish issues due to climate

  • Cosmetic wear & aging

  • Third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs

  • Voltage/power surge damage

  • Missing or altered serial numbers

  • Accessories & software products

7. 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

We offer a 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for online purchases.
You can return your order for:

Conditions:

8. Product Colors Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Lighting: Photos taken in controlled lighting may appear slightly different in person.

  • Wood Grain: Each wooden instrument is unique in texture & shade.

9. Shipping Policy & Extra Charges

Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout.

In some cases, extra charges may apply due to:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight

  • Payment method

You will be informed before processing the order.
If you decline the extra charge, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

📦 Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.

Taal Musicals is not responsible for:

  • Any amount beyond the value of the purchased product

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada.
