If a manufacturing fault or functional issue arises within the warranty term, Taal Musicals will coordinate and facilitate the required servicing or repairs—at no additional cost to you (except where exclusions apply).

Who Is Eligible for This Warranty?

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from:

• TaalMusicals.in official website
• Our physical store in Vijayawada
• Orders made via our phone or WhatsApp sales support

Items purchased from third-party marketplaces are not eligible.

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered?

• Wear and tear of strings, frets, nuts, batteries, and saddles
• General maintenance and routine tuning services
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, sweat, or sunlight
• Cracks, warping, or finish damage due to humidity or climate
• Tube replacements in amplifiers (considered consumables)
• Corrosion or rusting due to environmental exposure
• Customization or third-party modification damage
• Normal cosmetic aging and wear, including gig bags and zippers
• Damage from misuse, neglect, accident, or natural calamities
• Missing or altered serial numbers
• Electrical faults due to voltage fluctuations or power surges
• Accessories and software products
• Products serviced outside our authorized service network
