Service & Warranty Process
- For any warranty complaint, email/WhatsApp us your invoice and issue details.
- We will provide the concerned brand’s official service contacts (email/phone) and guidance.
- You will continue the claim directly with the manufacturer/authorized service center and complete the process as per brand policy.
- For minor, user-serviceable issues (e.g., a single broken string, basic adjustments), please manage locally. We maintain minimal margins to offer the best prices; hence, minor consumables/adjustments are not covered.
